Basic Payment Policy	Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
Non Refundable Rate	Full prepayment is required to confirm reservation.  A deposit of 100% of the total amount (bank transfer) is required.
Flexible Rate	A deposit of 50% of the total amount (bank transfer) is required to secure reservation. Balance would be settled 30 days before arrival.

We wish to inform you that this is an adults only property. We do not accept children below the age of 14 years old. Teens 14 years old (or older) are charged normally (adult rates)
